Store management is committed to promoting sustainable development through responsible environmental, social and economic practices.

We recognise the importance of reducing the environmental impact of our activities and contributing to a more conscious and durable consumption model, in compliance with current legislation in Italy.

2. Materials and product selection

When selecting furniture products, particular attention is paid to the quality, durability and safety of the materials used.

We favour the use of durable materials and solutions designed to ensure a long product life, helping to reduce waste and limit the frequent replacement of items.

Wherever possible, we collaborate with suppliers who adopt responsible production processes and comply with applicable environmental standards.

3. Packaging and logistics

We are committed to optimising packaging to reduce material consumption and limit waste.

Packaging is designed to adequately protect products during transport, reducing the risk of damage and consequent unnecessary returns.

Efficient logistics management helps reduce transport-related emissions.

4. Social responsibility and working conditions

We promote ethical and responsible practices throughout the supply chain.

We collaborate with partners who comply with labour, safety and fundamental human rights regulations, in accordance with applicable legislation.

We do not tolerate exploitative practices or working conditions that do not comply with legal standards.

5. Returns management and waste reduction

In case of return, the customer can exercise their right within 15 days of receiving the order.

The return label is included inside the package upon delivery (the customer receives the return shipping label directly in the package).

Once the returned product has been received and verified, the refund is processed within 2–3 working days.

Through a careful verification of returned products, we promote, where possible, the reintroduction of suitable items into the sales cycle, contributing to waste reduction.

The customer can request the cancellation of the order within a maximum of 24 hours from the purchase, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

6. Continuous improvement

The sustainability policy is periodically reviewed in order to identify new opportunities for improvement and adaptation to regulatory and technological developments.

We are committed to promoting transparency and responsibility in our activities, encouraging sustainable behaviour both internally and with commercial partners.
